A Unique Bed and Breakfast in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Arnold Sargeant is an Innkeeper with lots of stories to share. Arnold's wife, Kit, was an archaeologist, and after purchasing the property in the 1970's, she discovered the site was a major historical find. Thousands of artifacts were found, and Arnold has thousands of stories to accompany. The lodging is quaint, unique, comfortable, private, low-key, and affordable. This is not the place to go if you want opulence or luxury. However, this is a wonderful alternative to the other uptight, snobby and pretentious B & B's that you find in Corrales. You will be made to feel at home, and welcomed.
A PERFECT PLACE FOR CHILDREN!! A wonderful indoor pool is available for the 'good' guests :)

We were delighted with our stay at Casita Chamisa. My husband and two little girls stayed in the guest house with my six and eight year old nieces leaving my brothers in law and respective partners in the spacious guest house rooms. The girls shared the twin beds and one slept in the attached greenhouse. The children loved checking for eggs each morning in the chicken house and we loved the freedom of letting them explore in the backyard. We spent every morning after eating a delicious breakfast in the extra large indoor pool. . Arnold was a gracious host while giving us privacy for a large family event. He is an amazing man and his home is filled with relics of his adventurous life and worldy travels with his wife Kit.
